Raz el Hanout Pearls

These pearls have a very aromatic and balanced taste and consist of 20 different ingredients, including cumin, cinnamon and cardamom, hot peppers that are rounded off with a floral-fresh note of orange, cinnamon, rose and lavender blossoms.

Ras el hanout pearls are used for typical North African rice and game dishes, mutton and meat stews and also for desserts. They're also great for refining cous-cous and rice. The exotic pearls give curry dishes with chicken or meatballs a very intense ar
